Armis Acquires Silk Security to Bring World-Class Security Prioritization and Resolution to Armis Centrix

Armis, the cybersecurity asset intelligence company, announced that it has acquired Silk Security , the leading cyber risk prioritization and management platform.

Armis has acquired Silk Security for a total of $150 million and will integrate the Silk Platform with the AI-based vulnerability prioritization and remediation solution Armis Centrix to increase its capabilities and now be able to empower security teams Provide a consolidated view of any security findings spanning all data sources from on-prem devices to code, cloud devices and application security tools, and fully manage and automate remediation.

Silk Security was founded in 2022 by three security experts: Yoav Nathaniel, CEO, Or Priel, CPO, and Bar Katz, CTO, all of whom experienced firsthand how frustrating the current alert remediation process can be for practitioners, operational teams, and business stakeholders. Silk Security has raised $12.5 million from Insight Partners, Crowdstrike Falcon Fund and Hetz Ventures.
