Infosys has launched its AI-First GCC Model. This model helps set up and transform Global Capability Centers (GCCs). They become AI-driven hubs. These hubs enhance innovation, agility, and competitiveness for businesses. Infosys relies on its experience from more than 100 GCC projects. This includes work with Lufthansa Systems, zooplus, and Danske Bank. It helps businesses handle the growing challenges of scaling and updating their GCCs. The new model integrates the Infosys Agentic Foundry for production-grade AI agents, EdgeVerve AI Next as a unified platform for applied and agentic AI, and Infosys Topaz™ to infuse AI-first capabilities across the GCC lifecycle.
