Aily Labs has launched Lead Boldly, a global campaign urging business leaders to rethink decision-making. In a time of volatility and disruption, the initiative highlights indecision as a key risk for modern leadership. It encourages executives to move past endless AI experiments and take confident, real-time actions.
Even with easy access to analytics, many companies struggle with too much analysis, reviews, and consensus-building. According to Aily Labs, this “decision latency” is preventing organizations from capitalizing on opportunities when timing matters most. Lead Boldly introduces Aily’s AI-native Decision Intelligence (AIDI) platform as an always-on decision layer designed to surface the most impactful choices and enable leaders to act with clarity and momentum.
“Each person makes thousands of decisions a day. In a company, that translates to tens of thousands of decisions among employees. That’s where organizations get stuck, facing a decision paradox,” said Bianca Anghelina, founder and CEO of Aily Labs. “That’s the problem Aily is solving. Lead Boldly is about bringing the highest-impact decisions to light in real time and eliminating decision latency. It empowers leaders to be bold, moving from insight to action in minutes, not weeks. AI has changed what’s possible, and leadership needs to keep up.”

The campaign signals a reset in leadership for the AI age. It argues that competitive advantage now comes from making certain decisions, not just gathering information. With Aily’s AI-powered Decision Intelligence, leaders gain clear predictions. This clarity helps turn uncertainty into decisive action.
Visually and creatively, Lead Boldly departs from conventional corporate storytelling. Using a punk-inspired metaphor, the campaign highlights the internal shift leaders experience when AI removes guesswork and hesitation from decision-making. The result is faster execution and sustained momentum driven by confidence rather than instinct alone.
Aily Labs developed the campaign in partnership with Claritas Communications and BAFTA-nominated director Samuel Abrahams. Reflecting the company’s AI-first ethos, the production leveraged advanced AI-powered virtual filmmaking techniques—using AI to tell a story about AI-driven leadership.
