Core10 announced that its implementation line of business is now a new stand-alone division called Monarch Professional Services Group (Monarch), focusing on SaaS platform expertise, specializing in implementation and configuration services for software adoption. Monarch, headed by Lee Farabaugh, empowers organizations in the B2B SaaS financial services, capital markets and wealth management industries to streamline software adoption and optimize technology stack efficiency.
Farabaugh, former president and current board member of Core10, has been named as Monarch’s president and will remain on the board. Jeff Hanson, CEO of Core10, notes, “Strategically, Monarch makes sense as our implementation team’s B2B SaaS knowledge base is vast and covers not only financial services but also any organization in the areas of capital markets and wealth management. With Lee at the helm, Monarch will focus and deliver on platform expertise while broadening sales efforts and offer new opportunities for individual and team growth.”
What is now Monarch originated more than five years ago when FINTOP Capital’s Managing Partners Joe Maxwell and Rick Kushel pitched the idea of launching Monarch after finding success leveraging Core10’s Hereshore® model for a specific customer implementation. Maxwell said, “We approached Lee and Core10 with our idea for what we thought could be an innovative new offering in SaaS implementation services. Core10 has 100% U.S.-based teams and that matched the professional service offering we wanted for our implementations.”

Monarch takes a consultative-based approach to craft and configure tailored workflows for end users. Its implementation experts specialize in CRM and SaaS platform configuration, customer success, managed services and business intelligence. Monarch also serves as a Salesforce consulting partner, specializing in implementation and configuration of the platform. Anthony Alexander, a long-standing leader for Monarch projects, has also been promoted to Vice President, Operations and Delivery for Monarch. In this role, Alexander will manage Monarch’s day-to-day operations to execute its strategic objectives and vision.
“Monarch represents an opportunity for growth and discovery, not only for me, but for our team members who look to solve challenges associated with B2B SaaS implementation and onboarding as well,” Farabaugh said. “Monarch brings B2B SaaS enterprises a new approach to offload the often-burdensome task of implementation and onboarding, while gaining ability to clear its customer onboarding backlog and capture more revenue with best-in-class implementation specialists.”
