CoreSite, an American Tower company specializing in interconnected data center solutions for mission-critical and AI workloads, has expanded its partnership with STN, Inc., a managed infrastructure and private cloud provider. STN has selected CoreSite’s CH2 NVIDIA-Certified Chicago data center to host its GPU One platform, a fully managed private GPU cloud designed for enterprise-scale AI training, inference, and high-performance computing.
The GPU One Platform, owned and operated by STN within CoreSite’s CH2 facility, features over 1,500 NVIDIA B200 GPUs and leverages a sophisticated liquid cooling system with dual pumps, thermal storage, and real-time monitoring to ensure consistent, high-efficiency performance. Built as a turnkey service, GPU One delivers enterprise-grade reliability, scalability, and compliance for organizations running intensive AI workloads.
STN chose CH2 for its robust interconnection ecosystem, enabling low-latency connectivity to major public clouds including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud. Customers also benefit from CoreSite’s Open Cloud Exchange®, which simplifies interconnection across data centers and digital ecosystems, as well as Any2Exchange® internet peering with access to more than 65 networks.

“CoreSite has been a trusted partner throughout STN’s growth journey. When it came time to scale GPU One, our private cloud service for AI builders, we turned to CoreSite for their leadership in liquid-cooled, high-density deployments,” said Sabur Mian, CEO and Co-Founder of STN, Inc.
STN also capitalized on the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Retail Sales Tax Exemption program, available to CH2 customers, securing significant savings on IT equipment and software investments.
“CH2 is a purpose-built data center with the power, cooling, interconnection, and financial incentives needed to host scalable, high-performance infrastructure,” said Yvonne Ng, Vice President and General Manager, Central Region at CoreSite.
The collaboration marks another milestone in the companies’ long-standing partnership, which began in 2019 and now spans Santa Clara, Los Angeles, and Chicago — underscoring STN’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge, AI-ready cloud infrastructure.
