CyberQP and Pax8 Expand Global Reach to Strengthen Helpdesk Security Across APAC, ANZ, and North America

CyberQP and Pax8

CyberQP, a leading provider of Zero Trust Helpdesk Security solutions, has announced a strategic expansion of its partnership with Pax8, the premier cloud commerce marketplace. The strengthened collaboration will broaden access to CyberQP’s security platform across key international markets—including Asia-Pacific (APAC), Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), and North America.

Responding to increasing demand, CyberQP’s offerings are now available directly through the Pax8 Marketplace, giving managed service providers (MSPs) and IT professionals streamlined access to critical security tools. This includes QGuard, a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution that enforces least-privilege access and automates credential rotation to minimize attack surfaces, and QDesk, an End-User Access Management (EUAM) platform that simplifies user verification, privilege elevation, and password management within ticketing systems.

“Pax8 will be instrumental in helping us scale across the MSP ecosystem, and we’re thrilled to build on that momentum globally,” said Mateo Barraza, CEO of CyberQP. “Together, we’re making Zero Trust security accessible, practical, and profitable for service providers around the world.”

The expansion aims to support MSPs in meeting escalating security demands while enhancing efficiency and compliance without introducing additional operational burdens. By offering a unified, easy-to-deploy solution, CyberQP helps partners protect critical infrastructure and client data in a fast-changing cyber threat landscape.

CyberQP delivers the kind of security innovation that’s purpose-built for the MSP channel,” added Rob Rae, Corporate Vice President of Community and Partner Experience at Pax8. “This expansion into new markets enables our global partners to better protect their customers while driving operational efficiency and growth.”

The move marks a significant milestone for both companies as they work to empower MSPs with scalable, Zero Trust-aligned access security solutions on a global scale.
