HUMAIN, a Saudi-based AI company, and Qualcomm Technologies, announced a landmark collaboration to deploy advanced artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure across Saudi Arabia. The initiative, unveiled ahead of the 9th edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII) conference, aims to deliver global AI inferencing services through what will be the world’s first fully optimized edge-to-cloud hybrid AI platform.
This strategic program builds on the partnership announced earlier this year at the U.S.–Saudi Investment Forum (May 2025) and reinforces Saudi Arabia’s ambition to become a global hub for AI and intelligent computing.
Scaling AI Infrastructure for Global Impact
Under the agreement, HUMAIN plans to deploy 200 megawatts of Qualcomm AI200 and AI250 rack solutions starting in 2026. This infrastructure will provide high-performance AI inference capabilities both within the Kingdom and internationally, enabling enterprises and government entities to unlock the full potential of AI at scale — while achieving industry-leading performance per total cost of ownership (TCO).
By combining HUMAIN’s deep AI stack expertise and regional infrastructure with Qualcomm Technologies’ global leadership in semiconductor and AI innovation, the collaboration establishes a model for how nations can build end-to-end AI ecosystems – from data center infrastructure to commercial AI services.
“With Qualcomm’s world-class AI infrastructure solutions, we’re shaping the foundation of the Kingdom’s AI future,” said Tareq Amin, Chief Executive Officer at HUMAIN. “This collaboration unites HUMAIN’s deep regional insight and unique full AI stack capabilities with Qualcomm‘s unmatched semiconductors technology and product leadership. Together, we will enable Saudi Arabia to lead the next wave of global AI and semiconductors innovation.”

“By establishing advanced AI data centers powered by Qualcomm’s industry-leading inference solutions, we are helping the Kingdom create a technology ecosystem that will accelerate its AI ambitions of becoming a hub of intelligent computing,” said Cristiano Amon, President and CEO at Qualcomm. “Together with HUMAIN, we are laying the groundwork for transformative AI-driven innovation that will empower enterprises, government organizations and communities in the region and globally.”
Accelerating the Kingdom’s AI Ambitions
The partnership will integrate HUMAIN’s Saudi-developed ALLaM AI models with Qualcomm’s proven AI platforms, driving innovation across industries including energy, finance, logistics, and smart cities. The two companies will team up to create custom AI solutions for businesses and government. This supports Saudi Arabia’s goal to be a global leader in AI and digital change.
The Qualcomm AI200 and AI250 rack-scale systems provide powerful computing and large memory for generative AI inference. They provide scalable, efficient, and flexible performance, along with outstanding TCO efficiency. These next-generation systems are key to a fully optimized hybrid AI ecosystem. They connect edge and cloud environments smoothly. This setup provides faster insights, boosts agility, and drives continuous innovation.
