HUMAIN, a PIF-owned company delivering full-stack artificial intelligence solutions, announced a landmark framework agreement with xAI, the U.S.-based frontier AI leader founded by Elon Musk and recognized for its rapid breakthroughs in next-generation AI systems. The strategic agreement establishes the foundation for a long-term collaboration to design, build, and operate a new generation of low-cost, hyperscale GPU data centers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, alongside the nationwide deployment of xAI’s Grok models.
Under this framework, HUMAIN and xAI will co-develop a network of world-class GPU data centers, anchored by a flagship facility exceeding 500 MW. This site is poised to become one of the most advanced AI compute hubs in the world. The initiative marks xAI’s first large-scale compute expansion outside the United States and complements its existing supercluster infrastructure.
For HUMAIN, the partnership significantly expands its ability to deliver scalable, cost-efficient AI compute and digital services as part of its mission to build world-class AI infrastructure. The new facilities will serve as essential platforms for training, deploying, and scaling frontier AI models at unprecedented speed and scale.
The collaboration brings together HUMAIN’s expertise in low-cost infrastructure design, construction, and operations with xAI’s leadership in high-performance AI systems and large-scale compute optimization. Together, the companies aim to create a globally competitive foundation for next-generation AI development.

This agreement also advances HUMAIN’s broader strategy to build an end-to-end AI ecosystem-from infrastructure and compute, to data, models, and applied AI solutions-ensuring high-performance capabilities at globally competitive cost levels.
Beyond infrastructure development, HUMAIN and xAI will work together to distribute xAI’s Grok models throughout Saudi Arabia. Grok will be integrated into HUMAIN ONE, HUMAIN’s agent platform, enabling real-time intelligence, autonomous workflows, and advanced AI copilots for government, enterprise, and society. The collaboration establishes a unified national AI layer designed to support advanced decision-making across the public and private sectors.
