ICEYE, a global leader in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellite operations for high-fidelity Earth observation, has entered into a strategic partnership with SATIM, a world-renowned provider of AI-powered solutions for Automatic Target Recognition (ATR) on SAR imagery. The companies have signed a partnership agreement to jointly develop innovative products that leverage their combined expertise.
The collaboration will integrate ICEYE’s industry-leading satellite imagery with SATIM’s advanced AI-driven imagery analytics. The goal is to create new products that enable rapid, high-confidence detection and classification of vessels, aircraft, and land vehicles. Following an initial pilot phase, the partners aim to introduce a series of commercially available products in 2025.

The company’s innovative satellites deliver imagery with the highest resolution in the industry, supporting scene sizes up to 840 km², along with hourly revisit rates for global coverage. Since 2018, ICEYE has launched 44 satellites for both its own use and that of its customers, with plans to deploy more than 20 new satellites annually in 2025, 2026, and beyond.
