ArmorCode

ArmorCode, the leading unified Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) platform for managing vulnerabilities and weaknesses across applications, infrastructure and the software supply chain, announced the appointment of Aaron Feigin as Chief Marketing Officer. Feigin brings 25 years of experience leading communications and marketing for disruptive technology brands, including Sumo Logic, VMware and Borland. In his role, Feigin will advance ArmorCode’s leadership and vision in ASPM and accelerate demand for the company’s unique platform, already trusted by Fortune 500 brands.

Prior to ArmorCode, Feigin was the Chief Communications and Brand Officer at Sumo Logic, a leader in big data analytics, security and observability. During his time at Sumo Logic, Feigin helped grow the company from $10 million in revenue with 100 employees through IPO to more than $300 million in revenue with over 1,000 employees. Prior to Sumo Logic, Feigin was the Head of Marketing and Communication in the Networking and Security division of VMware where he introduced VMware NSX, a network virtualization platform, and helped grow the platform from several million to several hundred million dollars in revenue in under three years.

“Aaron brings leadership, vision and a proven track record for helping technology innovators define new market categories and break away from the status quo,” said ArmorCode CEO Nikhil Gupta. “That is what we are doing at ArmorCode. With software delivery moving at record speeds, and new challenges and opportunities brought about by Generative AI, the pressure on CISOs, security teams and developers is overwhelming. With our unified ASPM platform, ArmorCode makes it possible for companies of any size to better manage this chaos, unifying and prioritizing findings across their broad portfolio of security tools while quickly understanding their business risk at any moment in time.”

  • Karthik Swarnam, Chief Security and Trust Officer: Swarnam is a proven security leader with more than 25 years of industry experience. In this intensifying cyber risk landscape, Swarnam’s mission is to fix the biggest challenges facing CISOs. He joined ArmorCode for his belief that the company’s industry-changing platform can address these risks at scale. Prior to ArmorCode, he was the CISO of Kroger, VP of Information Security at AT&T, CISO at DIRECTV, practice leader at Accenture and CISO for TransUnion.
  • Habibeh Deyhim, Head of Customer Success: Deyhim has built teams and accelerated growth for technology and cybersecurity companies for almost 25 years. Prior to ArmorCode, Deyhim led customer success at Horizon3.ai and Qualys and spent over 12 years in product development at Cisco.
  • Kerrinjeet Gambhir (KJ), VP of Channel Partners: Gambhir joins ArmorCode from application security company Apiiro, where he served as a Partner Development Director in the channel. He brings more than a decade of technology and sales experience, including supporting partner portfolios with Cisco and Microsoft.
  • Erika B. Ortiz, Head of Human Resources: Ortiz was formerly Head of HR Operations at Simple Things and Lead People Partner at Rivian. With over 18 years of experience working in early- and mid-stage high-tech startups, Ortiz has led HR in technology for over a decade.

These appointments come on the heels of ArmorCode securing $40 million in Series B funding to advance its mission of helping companies ship secure software fast and at scale. The ArmorCode ASPM Platform unifies the siloed world of software security and helps organizations understand and improve their software security posture. The ArmorCode ASPM Platform is the most comprehensive enterprise-grade ASPM platform with over 5 billion findings processed across more than two dozen Fortune 1000 customers, including the world’s leading brands in entertainment, hospitality, financial services, security, hedge funds, security and ratings, semiconductors manufacturing, healthcare, software development and gaming, to name a few. ArmorCode offers more than 225 integrations with security scanners across application, infrastructure and cloud solutions to unify their findings in one place, leveraging AI to normalize and correlate findings across these tools and prioritize risks based on business context.

“ArmorCode is addressing one of the most important issues in cybersecurity today: how to deliver safe software,” said Feigin. “As every business digitizes and the world is transformed by AI, a new approach to software governance is required to better understand and mitigate business risks. ArmorCode is defining and paving the way with ASPM, and I’m proud to join this vibrant company well on its way to becoming a formidable cybersecurity leader.”
