NTT DATA Names Anne-Sophie Lotgering as CEO for Europe

NTT DATA, a global leader in digital business and technology services, has appointed Anne-Sophie Lotgering as Chief Executive Officer for Europe, effective September 1, 2025. Lotgering will succeed Chieri Kimura and report directly to Abhijit Dubey, President and Global CEO of NTT DATA, Inc. She will also join the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

Bringing over 20 years of senior leadership experience across IT services and telecommunications, Lotgering has a proven record in B2B2C and B2B sales, digital marketing, and transformation. She most recently served as CEO of Proximus NXT IT, where she led the integration of B2B operations across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, merging multiple subsidiaries into a unified, agile entity focused on growth areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, and data services.

Her career includes senior positions at The Orange Group and Microsoft, where she was General Manager of Microsoft Services for Central and Eastern Europe. She also brings valuable board experience with both commercial and non-profit organizations.

Lotgering holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in History of Art from Sorbonne University in Paris. She is based in Belgium, bilingual in French and English, and conversational in Dutch and German.
