Ayon will be responsible for developing the corporate strategy and execution of Persistent. In his recent role as Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, Ayon worked closely with numerous clients in the IT and engineering services industries around the world on strategy formulation and acceleration of growth.
Dhanashree Bhat, joined Persistent as Chief Operating Officer. She will lead IT, administration and facilities, training and development, enterprise risk management, ESG and delivery excellence. She has gained varied experience holding several leadership positions at Tech Mahindra over the last two decades. In her most recent role, she served as Director of Service Delivery for the Communications, Media and Telecommunications (CMT) group. Dhanashree is an advocate for women in technology, diversity, equity and inclusion, and girls’ education. Dhanashree’s rigor in service delivery, combined with her extensive operations experience, will further strengthen Persistent’s service delivery.

Rajiv Sodhi, joined Persistent in the last quarter as Senior Vice President of Hyperscale Business and Strategic Alliances. In his role, he will be responsible for developing the global go-to-market strategy with leading hyperscalers and enhancing Persistent’s positioning as a preferred ecosystem partner, working with leading technology providers globally. entire.
