These leaders bring unique skills that will help unlock the full potential of the company’s impact on its customers.

Ayon Banerjee,  joined the company at the start of the quarter as director of strategy and growth. He has a wealth of experience in technology, which combines a unique blend of operational expertise and consulting experience. Ayon will be responsible for developing the corporate strategy and execution of Persistent. Additionally, it will drive non-linear growth, encompassing M&A, investments, growth through private equity channels and large transactions, which will fuel Persistent’s next phase of expansion. In his recent role as Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, Ayon worked closely with numerous clients in the IT and engineering services industries around the world on strategy formulation and acceleration of growth.

Dhanashree Bhat, joined Persistent as Chief Operating Officer. She will lead IT, administration and facilities, training and development, enterprise risk management, ESG and delivery excellence. She has gained varied experience holding several leadership positions at Tech Mahindra over the last two decades. In her most recent role, she served as Director of Service Delivery for the Communications, Media and Telecommunications (CMT) group. Dhanashree is an advocate for women in technology, diversity, equity and inclusion, and girls’ education. Dhanashree’s rigor in service delivery, combined with her extensive operations experience, will further strengthen Persistent’s service delivery.

Rajiv Sodhi, joined Persistent in the last quarter as Senior Vice President of Hyperscale Business and Strategic Alliances. In his role, he will be responsible for developing the global go-to-market strategy with leading hyperscalers and enhancing Persistent’s positioning as a preferred ecosystem partner, working with leading technology providers globally. entire. Rajiv has extensive experience at Microsoft, where for over 16 years he led initiatives in global market strategy, ecosystem alliances and business transformation, in addition to his role as Director of operating for Microsoft India. Previously, he served as Managing Director of GoDaddy India, where he was instrumental in establishing and growing the company in India and Australia.

Sumit Arora, has joined the company as a senior vice president responsible for building and leading the consulting practice. He joins Persistent with extensive experience in the field of consulting and technology services. He will play a crucial role in helping clients develop strategies to modernize core business operations, with a focus on improving customer experience and digital capabilities. Sumit joins Persistent from Wells Fargo, where he was senior vice president of enterprise payments strategy and planning.
