Pomeroy Technologies Unveils BanzAI™ and SmartDesk to Revolutionize Enterprise IT Operations

Pomeroy Technologies, a major player in the technology solution space, has unveiled the BanzAI™ adaptive artificial intelligence platform and SmartDesk, an artificial intelligence-based service desk solution for the IT sector. This will result in a significant saving of operational costs of up to 55% with a potential 70% reduction in the number of tickets, and an 80% faster resolution rate of tickets, pioneered by Dan Huberty, the Chief Digital & Innovation Officer of Pomeroy.

The capabilities offered by the platform range across all business operations, starting from VPN problem resolution and network diagnosis to back office automation and customer service. BanzAI analytically gathers data, performs diagnosis, executes remediation procedures, and escalates as needed to ensure a seamless, zero-touch resolution.
