R Systems International Limited has successfully acquired Novigo Solutions Private Limited and made Novigo a wholly owned subsidiary, thus greatly enhancing R Systems’ digital engineering capabilities and AI strengths. The acquisition, completed on November 13, 2025, is in accordance with a definitive agreement announced in August. Novigo will continue with existing commitments before being assimilated into R Systems in a manner seamless to their clients. “Integrating Novigo’s automation strengths with our OptimaAI offerings will empower our clients to move from model engineering to autonomous execution in a single ecosystem,” boasted Nitesh Bansal, CEO & MD of R Systems.
