Red River, a technology transformation company specializing in AI-driven cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions serving government and enterprise customers, announced the appointment of David Raffetto as Senior Vice President and General Manager of its Technology Solutions business unit. In this role, Raffetto will lead both the federal and commercial sales teams, guide Red River’s go-to-market strategy, drive growth across diverse markets and strengthen the company’s mission-focused partnerships.
Raffetto joins Red River from Cisco Systems, where he spent more than 16 years in sales and leadership roles spanning the public and private sectors. Most recently, he served as Sales Director for Cisco’s Department of Defense Operation, leading a matrixed team of over 80 professionals and partners supporting Department of the Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, Department of the Navy, DHA, USCG and the Pacific. His leadership focus is on delivering innovative, mission-enabling technology solutions in complex, high-stakes environments.

A veteran of the United States Coast Guard, Raffetto has a proven record of driving transformation, spearheading go-to-market strategies and delivering measurable results in both mature and emerging technology markets. He is active in the federal community as a board member of the AFCEA DC Chapter, a USO member and a mentor in the Federal Aspiring Leaders organization.
