Rencore Extends Series A to $15M to Accelerate Global Growth in AI and Agent Governance

Rencore has expanded its Series A funding to USD 15 million. European technology investor Hi Inov leads this round with support from UVC Partners and Capnamic Ventures. This funding boosts Rencore’s progress in AI and Agent Governance within Microsoft 365. The company plans to use the new capital to grow in Europe and North America. It will also scale its product, engineering, and go-to-market teams as AI adoption rises among enterprises. Rencore’s cloud platform helps organizations manage governance, security, compliance, and automation in Microsoft 365, the Power Platform, and AI systems like Copilot.

With new AI governance features, Rencore lets companies control AI use with business data. This reduces risks and helps meet trust and security standards. Rencore supports global enterprises like Amgen, Honeywell, Lufthansa Group, and Siemens Healthineers in securing collaboration environments and preparing data ecosystems for responsible AI use.
