Sanmina Completes Acquisition of ZT Systems Data Center Manufacturing Business

Sanmina Corporation has finished buying ZT Systems’ data center infrastructure business from AMD. This move makes Sanmina a key player in the growing Cloud and AI infrastructure market. As part of the deal, Sanmina and AMD formed a strategic manufacturing partnership. Now, Sanmina is a U.S.-based preferred partner for new product introductions (NPI).
