Source Support Services, a global leader in enterprise support and services for OEM technology providers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Kirby as its new Chief Executive Officer and member of its Board of Directors. With more than 30 years of leadership experience across the technology, managed services, and industrial automation sectors, Kirby brings a proven track record of building high-growth businesses, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Kirby succeeds Mike Stolz, who recently announced his retirement after a decade of dedicated leadership and successfully oversaw Source Support’s expansion into the global medical OEM market. To support a smooth transition, Stolz will continue to serve as a strategic advisor and remain on the Board of Directors.
Jim Kirby joins Source Support from Ricoh Americas, where he served as Vice President of Service Advantage. He has had a dynamic career as an executive in sales, marketing, service operations, and general management across the technology and services industries. He has created long-term value for industry leaders, such as Honeywell, HP and Ricoh and has accelerated growth for emerging companies.
