Sprig Raises $30 Million to Aid Software Teams in Collecting User Feedback

Sprig Technologies Inc. has raised $30 million in funding to support growth strategies. The startup works with businesses to help them improve their software based on user feedback.

A group of investors, including Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, First Round Capital, technology investor Elad Gil, and Figma Ventures, contributed to the funding. Sprig has received $90 million in outside funding to date. A cloud platform created by the San Francisco-based startup enables businesses to gather user feedback without having to write a sizable amount of custom code.

With the help of Sprig’s platform, a business can integrate surveys right into an application and ask users for feedback as they interact with the interface. Sprig intends to increase go-to-market efforts and expand its feature set with the money raised in its recently closed funding round.
