Teradata unveiled Autonomous Customer Intelligence, a new software and services suite designed to turn raw customer data into real-time, context-aware actions across enterprise workflows. The offering embeds intelligent agents throughout the customer experience (CX) process, from data product creation and signal detection to autonomous decisioning, leveraging Teradata’s four decades of industry expertise and proprietary IP.

The platform enables organizations to accelerate AI ROI by operationalizing enterprise-grade agentic intelligence, while Teradata’s AI Services help bridge gaps in strategy and implementation. Companies can assess readiness through a Customer Intelligence Maturity workshop, which identifies opportunities to leverage Teradata’s agentic approach for maximum impact.

Autonomous Customer Intelligence is available immediately via Teradata AI Services, with AgentBuilder entering private preview in Q4 2025. Additional Teradata Agents will continue to roll out to customers over time.
