Wang steps into his new role with over two decades of software engineering and technical leadership experience. His primary mission will be to oversee the seamless integration of engineering and product management functions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet the evolving needs of Ternary’s enterprise customers and partners.
Wang joins Ternary with an impressive track record, having honed his skills across a diverse range of roles in the technology industry. Most recently, he served as Director of Engineering at Rippling, where he built and led a 60-person product delivery team. Before that, Wang developed his entrepreneurial skills by founding and running his own company for five years, gaining invaluable experience in innovation and business strategy. His earlier tenure included leading engineering teams at Twitter and eBay, where he honed his large-scale product development and management skills.
