UserTesting, the leading provider of human insights for innovators, announced the appointment of Nikki Morello as Chief Transformation Officer. This newly created role highlights UserTesting’s commitment to evolving its operations, enhancing efficiencies, and accelerating transformative growth across the organization.
Nikki brings extensive experience in leading transformation initiatives across operations, technology, and people functions. She began her career in human resources, advancing from business partner roles to heading HR teams across various sectors. At Mailgun, Nikki served as Head of HR and later as COO, overseeing RevOps, Sales Enablement, Lead Generation, IT, Legal, and Sales, and driving Mailgun’s rapid growth through multiple acquisitions. Following Mailgun’s acquisition by Sinch in 2022, she transitioned to the role of SVP of GTM Transformation and Business Operations, where she led the integration of Sinch’s global sales teams and processes.
In her new role at UserTesting, Nikki will lead three strategic areas: the People organization, the Generative AI process transformation team, and a newly established Program Management Office to drive cross-functional initiatives. Together, these teams will accelerate UserTesting’s journey toward greater efficiency, alignment, and impactful transformation.
