Cloud security leader Zscaler, Inc. has announced the acquisition of SPLX, an emerging pioneer in AI security, to expand the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange™ platform. The deal boosts Zscaler’s ability to secure the entire AI lifecycle—from model development to deployment. It combines SPLX’s smart AI asset discovery, automated red teaming, and governance tech.
This acquisition arrives as global AI infrastructure investments are set to surpass $250 billion by the end of 2025. This growth drives innovation but also brings new risks.
