Advisor360°, a leading provider of integrated technology solutions for enterprise wealth management firms, has announced the acquisition of Parrot AI, a Boston-based generative AI technology firm. This strategic move enhances Advisor360°’s AI offerings by incorporating Parrot AI’s advanced software, which allows advisors to seamlessly record, transcribe, and summarize meetings. The resulting shareable notes and files integrate securely with major meeting and conferencing platforms.
Building on its configurable platform, Advisor360° plans to embed Parrot AI’s generative AI capabilities into its existing technology suite while also offering the software as a standalone product tailored for financial advisors. This dual approach ensures advisors can access innovative tools designed to optimize client interactions and reduce manual workloads.
The acquisition includes Parrot AI’s proprietary technology and intellectual property. Additionally, 12 full-time Parrot AI employees, including Co-founder and CEO Paul Morville, will join Advisor360°. The new team brings extensive expertise in software development, large-scale SaaS platforms, and enterprise-level information security and privacy.

Once approved by advisors, these actions will trigger automated workflows across core applications, including account opening, trading, and planning tools.
