Kyndryl, the global leader in IT infrastructure services, has announced the launch of its innovative, end-to-end Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) services, in collaboration with Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma SASE powered by Precision AI. This new offering enables organizations to enhance their network security by embracing a cloud-first, zero-trust security framework.
Kyndryl’s newly introduced SASE services are powered by Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma SASE, which combines network and security into a single, cloud-delivered service. Prisma SASE allows organizations to exercise granular control over user authentication and authorization, ensuring secure access to business applications as well as edge and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies.
According to the Kyndryl Readiness Report, a recent survey reveals that 94% of business leaders consider technology modernization a top priority. However, only 39% of businesses feel their IT infrastructure is adequately prepared to manage future risks. As hybrid workforces increasingly rely on accessing a multitude of business applications from various devices and locations, organizations face a complex IT environment that poses growing challenges in terms of security.

The simplified security framework now supports Kyndryl’s global hybrid workforce, enabling employees to securely access critical applications across various devices, ultimately reducing IT operational costs. - Kyndryl Consult Advisory Services: Kyndryl offers end-to-end network maturity assessments, covering network and security operations centers (NOCs). This service identifies the best SASE and zero-trust strategies, tailored to the customer’s specific business needs and objectives.
- Kyndryl Design & Implementation Services: Kyndryl employs a collaborative approach to define requirements for network modernization. This includes transitioning from Security Service Edge (SSE) or SD-WAN solutions to Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma SASE. Kyndryl then designs, deploys, tests, and migrates the customer’s Prisma SASE environment, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive training for self-management.
