SDG, a global provider of AI-driven identity, threat, and risk management solutions, announced its acquisition of Hub City Media, Inc. (HCM), a consultancy specializing in identity and access management (IAM).

This acquisition strengthens SDG’s position at the forefront of identity-first security and expands SDG’s capabilities across the full IAM lifecycle — advisory, integration, and managed services —while deepening its partnerships with leading identity technology providers, including Ping Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk, Delinea, and Okta. By combining Hub City Media’s deep technical expertise with SDG’s proven managed services and AI-powered cyber resilience solutions, the newly integrated organization is well-positioned to help enterprises strengthen digital trust, secure customer and workforce access, and reduce cyber risk at scale.

“Identity is the foundation of digital security, and this acquisition significantly enhances our ability to quickly deliver end-to-end IAM solutions,” said Ajay Gupta, CEO of SDG Corporation. “Hub City Media has built an outstanding reputation as a trusted integration partner to some of the world’s most respected enterprises. Together, we will accelerate innovation, scale delivery, and seek to provide unmatched value to clients looking to modernize identity programs while ensuring measurable business outcomes.”

Founded in 1999, Hub City Media has successfully delivered over one thousand enterprise IAM projects in financial services, healthcare, higher education, retail, and other regulated industries. With a team of seasoned architects, engineers, and consultants, HCM has been recognized for its ability to design, implement, and optimize complex identity programs tailored to unique client needs.

“We are excited to join forces with SDG,” said Philippe Monrougie, CEO of Hub City Media. “SDG’s managed services expertise and global reach will enable us to extend the value we deliver to our clients and partners, driving not only successful IAM deployments but also long-term resilience and operational excellence in risk and threat. This is a natural next step in our growth and a tremendous opportunity for our team and customers.”

The acquisition creates a stronger platform for SDG to serve its clients with comprehensive solutions that expand advisory strategy, complex IAM integration, and ongoing managed security services. Hub City Media’s clients gain access to SDG’s 30-plus years of experience in identity, risk, and threat management. The combined entity will continue to invest in talent, innovation, and partnerships to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats and market demands.

“Bringing together SDG and Hub City Media marks an important step in accelerating growth within the identity and access management market,” said Charles Phillips, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Recognize, SDG’s majority shareholder. “This combination enhances our ability to scale, strengthens industry partnerships, and creates powerful opportunities to deliver expanded value to enterprise clients.”

The Hub City Media team will join SDG as part of its growing identity and access management practice. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
