Zoho Corporation has made a big update to Zoho One. This all-in-one business software now offers a unified user experience. It seeks to break down app silos. This will boost collaboration across its 50 integrated applications. Highlighting the shift from app-based to platform-based work, Raju Vegesna, Chief Evangelist at Zoho, said, “Customers are not licensing apps with Zoho One. They are licensing peace of mind. They expect Zoho to take care of the technology part and let them be productive in their business. Our enhancements with this release deliver essentially that – a unified experience delivered through unified integrations, context, workflows, and data.” New capabilities include customizable Spaces that organize apps by personal, organizational, and departmental needs; a centralized Action Panel that consolidates tasks and approvals across applications; and unified Dashboards and Boards that bring cross-app insights into a single view.

The release also debuts Vani, a visual-first intelligent virtual workspace for brainstorming, diagramming, and real-time collaboration. Early customers praise the platform’s reliability and native integration, with RJG Inc.’s Jason Yoffy noting that what competitors “patch together through partnerships, Zoho now delivers natively.” Analysts agree that Zoho One’s holistic integration reduces complexity and elevates the overall business experience, positioning the platform as a transformative operating system for modern work.
