Cyera, a leading AI and data security firm, has announced a $400 million Series F funding round. This raises its total funding to over $1.7 billion and triples its valuation to $9 billion. Blackstone led the round, with support from existing investors like Accel, Coatue, and Sequoia Capital. This funding arrives as businesses increasingly adopt agentic AI and face a pressing need for strong data governance. “AI is reshaping the foundations of how every organization operates, and our mission is to ensure that this transformation happens securely,” said Yotam Segev, CEO of Cyera.

The company has rapidly grown its footprint, securing data for 20% of the Fortune 500, expanding to 15 countries, and tripling its workforce to over 1,100 employees. Cyera’s AI-native platform unifies Data Security Posture Management, Data Loss Prevention, and identity, while the newly launched AI Guardian enhances continuous risk detection and safeguards for AI-driven enterprises. The funding will accelerate product innovation, global expansion, strategic partnerships with Microsoft, AWS, and Cohesity, and support enterprise adoption of secure AI practices worldwide.
