IBM has introduced IBM Sovereign Core, the industry’s first AI-ready, sovereign-enabled software designed to help enterprises, governments, and service providers build and manage sovereign environments with full operational control. As regulatory pressures and AI adoption accelerate, organizations increasingly require self-managed infrastructure that ensures jurisdictional control, auditable governance, and continuous compliance beyond basic data residency.
