Alteryx and Google Cloud Partner to Unlock BigQuery Benefits

Alteryx

Alteryx, Inc. has announced a major extension of its partnership with Google Cloud. This will make BigQuery easier to access and use for enterprise teams. It aims to bridge the gap between where cloud data is stored and how it’s prepared and used for analytics and AI. The partnership extends governed analytics workflows into BigQuery. This helps enterprises move quickly from data to insight. They can do this without losing trust, security, or scale. A significant point in this partnership is the general availability of Live Query for BigQuery, which enables business and IT professionals to create, execute, and automate analytics workflows directly within BigQuery without moving data, maintaining centralized governance, security, and full warehouse performance.

Alteryx has also announced Alteryx One: Google Edition, a Google-first analytics offering to be delivered through the Google Cloud Marketplace, which will combine Alteryx’s data preparation and analytics capabilities with native connectivity between BigQuery, Google Sheets, and Google Drive. “Enterprises are learning that AI can’t guess its way to trusted outcomes,” said Ben Canning, Chief Product Officer at Alteryx. “Models don’t inherently understand the quality, context, or business definitions behind revenue, risk scoring, or compliance. Alteryx helps ensure AI outcomes stay aligned with how the business operates, even as it evolves.”  “Data analytics remains a critical component of every enterprise’s digital transformation strategy,” said Yasmeen Ahmad, Managing Director, Product Management, Data & AI Cloud at Google Cloud.
