UiPath, a global leader in agentic automation, has announced an expanded collaboration with Deloitte through the launch of Deloitte’s Agentic ERP offering. The new solution is designed to help enterprises modernize and optimize complex enterprise resource planning environments by leveraging agentic automation and end-to-end process orchestration powered by UiPath Maestro™.
Despite the digital nature of enterprise platforms, many organizations still rely on manual processes surrounding ERP systems. In many cases, ERP environments are surrounded by disconnected spreadsheets, email threads, web portals and point solutions. This fragmented workflow forces employees to switch between multiple systems to reconcile data, collect documentation and resolve exceptions. As a result, organizations experience slower processing cycles, inconsistent operational experiences, higher operational costs and additional compliance challenges.
Deloitte’s Agentic ERP, powered by UiPath Agent Builder and UiPath Maestro™, enables organizations to evolve beyond simple task automation toward full process orchestration across critical enterprise workflows. These include Record to Report, Source to Pay, Lead to Cash and Data/Master Data management. The platform coordinates AI agents, software robots, enterprise systems and human users to keep processes running efficiently while routing complex exceptions to people with the appropriate context and governance.

The approach delivers measurable business value, including improved productivity, lower operating costs and faster operational cycles. The offering also introduces a traceable value framework that connects process improvements directly to measurable financial outcomes.
UiPath technology is integrated into Deloitte’s AI-native Agentic ERP North Star architecture, designed to support large-scale AI adoption alongside packaged ERP transformation programs. The architecture is model-agnostic, allowing organizations to use their preferred large language models while maintaining consistent orchestration, security and policy enforcement across the enterprise. The UiPath AI Trust Layer further supports responsible AI deployment by embedding governance and control mechanisms into the platform.
The Agentic ERP approach also redefines workforce collaboration. AI agents and automation robots perform repetitive, high-volume tasks while employees remain responsible for exceptions, approvals and decision-making. This persona-driven experience ensures that employees receive the right information, context and recommended next actions directly within the tools they already use.
“Together with Deloitte, we’re helping enterprises take an AI-first approach to ERP modernization. By combining autonomous AI agents with RPA, organizations can move from assisted automation to intelligent workflow orchestration – unlocking efficiency and strategic capacity,” said Hitesh Ramani, Chief Accounting Officer and Deputy CFO of UiPath. “We’re also providing a scalable blueprint to expand agentic automation across the enterprise, transforming how business users engage with ERP through seamless collaboration between automation, AI agents and human intelligence.”
“The promise of ERP modernization isn’t new – but the ability to orchestrate it is,” said Jerry Hoberman, SAP Offering Leader, Deloitte. “With Agentic ERP, powered by UiPath, clients get a practical path to create tangible value by scale AI safely: model-agnostic intelligence, effective end-to-end orchestration and governance by design that turns AI from pilots into performance.”
Beyond the Agentic ERP launch, the expanded alliance also includes UiPath’s support for a Deloitte SAP AI & Innovation Center in EMEA. The center will act as an accelerator focused on integrating AI and emerging technologies within SAP environments, enabling enterprises to adopt AI responsibly while driving measurable business impact.
