IntelAgree Introduces AI Contract Management With Reusable Skills and Controls

IntelAgree

IntelAgree, an AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform, has introduced new skills for Saige Assist: Agent and permission-based question hiding in its Add Contract wizard, expanding AI capabilities while simplifying contract workflows. The new skills allow teams to save recurring workflows as Markdown files that Agent can rerun on demand, supporting activities such as regular reporting and standardized contract reviews. Users can create, manage, edit, download, and share skills, as well as run them through IntelAgree’s Microsoft Word Add-in while redlining agreements. Agent can also search a broader range of contract and configuration data, including business keys, attribute risk scores, and contract risk scores, while stateful actions enable it to create approvals and reminders, edit playbooks, add attachments, and tag colleagues within conversations.

New Stop and Steer controls provide users with greater oversight by allowing them to halt or redirect Agent during requests. The platform continues to maintain human direction and organizational guardrails across AI-assisted contract activities. “Contract work should meet people where they already are, and now it does,” said Kyle Myers, Chief Product Officer at IntelAgree. “A team can run its own workflows on a deal with the deal’s full history of versions and comments behind them, all within the organization’s guardrails. Freedom and control in the same place is what teams should expect from AI in a contract platform.”
