Armis Acquires OTORIO to Strengthen Leadership in Operational Technology and Cyber-Physical Security

Armis acquiert OTORIO pour renforcer son leadership en matière de technologie opérationnelle et de sécurité cyber-physique

Armis, the cyber exposure management and security company, announced the acquisition of OTORIO , a leading provider of OT (operational technology) and CPS (cyber-physical systems) security.

OTORIO’s Titan platform will be integrated with Armis’ cloud-based Centrix cyber exposure management platform to extend Armis’ OT/CPS suite and provide an on-premises CPS solution for organizations or segments of an organization’s environment that are isolated or deprived of online access.

“ We are seeing unprecedented demand across all industries, but for some specific verticals, customers require a hybrid environment for complete protection. With this acquisition, Armis can now offer an on-premises solution to customers who require a fully climate-controlled environment for heavy industry and critical infrastructure such as energy or utilities,” said Yevgeny Dibrov, CEO and co-founder of Armis.

“ I am excited to welcome the OTORIO team to Armis and leverage their expertise and deep foundational industry knowledge to help our customers secure their critical infrastructure,” continued Dibrov. “ This new hybrid and on-premises expansion of Armis Centrix™ makes it the most comprehensive platform for any customer looking to secure their operational technology and cyber-physical environments.”

Founded in 2018 by co-founders Daniel Bren and Yair Attar, OTORIO has deep technical expertise in securing heavy industry and critical infrastructure, with customers across the globe in industries such as oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing and more. OTORIO specializes in cyber-physical, converged and isolated environments, providing proactive protection against cyber attacks. By expanding the Armis platform with increased capabilities, including Secure Remote Access (SRA) for comprehensive Zero Trust security and comprehensive attack path mapping, Armis can support any organization, with any need, by offering a single, comprehensive solution for critical infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial environments.

“ Armis has quickly become the leading provider of cyber threat exposure management and has built an industry-leading cloud SaaS platform that delivers unmatched visibility, security and risk management to enterprises across all industries,” said Daniel Bren, CEO and co-founder of OTORIO. “ I am thrilled that our team is joining Armis at this time and will be able to leverage our deep operational context in ICS/CPS environments and help customers achieve complete resiliency and compliant business operations.”

Armis has a proven track record of seamlessly integrating acquisitions into its Armis Centrix platform and transforming acquired technologies into substantial revenue drivers. Following the acquisitions of Silk Security and CTCI, Armis achieved an exceptional 2,000% increase in associated revenues, demonstrating its ability to maximize value and accelerate growth while preparing for an initial public offering (IPO).

This is Armis’ third acquisition in less than 12 months (following the acquisition of AI security startup CTCI and risk prioritization startup Silk Security), each aimed at strengthening the company’s already robust product capabilities and expanding its ability to reach new market segments.

Armis is the leader in cyber threat exposure management and now offers best-in-class security solutions that span every industry, sector, and environment. Only Armis offers a platform that addresses your entire cyber threat exposure needs, from on-premises to cloud. In October 2024, Armis announced a new $200 million funding round , allowing it to rapidly scale and grow to execute on its vision and roadmap based on customer demand.
