Blackbaud has expanded its Agents for Good™ portfolio with four new AI agents and additional AI-powered enhancements as part of a reimagined operating system designed specifically for social impact organizations. Building on the success of the Development Agent, which automates donor engagement workflows under human supervision, the company is extending agentic AI across fundraising, admissions, marketing, and finance. Early adopters of the Development Agent have reported stronger donor engagement, including reply rates 76 times the industry average, message open rates 10 percentage points higher than average, and a 39% increase in attributable gift size. The new Data Health Agent will autonomously improve fundraising databases by identifying duplicate records and updating constituent information, while the Admissions Agent will help K-12 schools deliver personalized admissions experiences.
