DXC and Boomi Partner to Accelerate Enterprise Modernization and Agentic AI Adoption

DXC Technology, a Fortune 500 global IT services provider, has entered into a strategic partnership with Boomi™, a leader in AI-driven automation, to help enterprises modernize core systems and scale adoption of agentic AI.

The collaboration will focus on unifying disconnected systems, reducing technical debt, and preparing organizations for AI-driven transformation at scale. A new Boomi Center of Excellence (COE) within DXC will serve as a global innovation hub, offering best practices, reusable assets, and implementation patterns to support enterprises across industries.

The partnership will target three key areas:

  • Application Modernization – delivering cloud-native integration solutions to replace legacy middleware and accelerate enterprise transformation.

  • AI-Driven Migration and Data Readiness – combining Boomi’s automation platform with DXC’s engineering expertise to connect mission-critical systems and enhance decision-making.

  • Agentic Transformation with Boomi Agentstudio – enabling secure, intelligent orchestration of AI agents across large, complex IT environments.
