Elea Data Centers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Rio de Janeiro and Oracle to advance digital infrastructure in Rio, marking a milestone for the city’s transformation into a global data hub. Announced during Rio Innovation Week on August 14, the partnership underscores plans to convert the Olympic Park into the largest data center hub in Latin America and among the ten biggest worldwide.
