Globant has introduced MuleSoft AI Pod, a delivery model from Salesforce’s MuleSoft that combines specialized AI agents with human experts to accelerate API-led connectivity and integration delivery. Accessible through Glob.AI, Globant’s AI delivery model, the offering is designed to help enterprises overcome disconnected systems and fragmented data as they move agentic AI initiatives from experimentation to production. MuleSoft AI Pod brings together AI agents dedicated to specific MuleSoft tasks with senior Globant experts who oversee architecture, validate outputs and manage execution across API design, flow development, automated testing, governance and legacy modernization. Globant said the approach can also reduce legacy integration migration timelines from months to weeks while maintaining business logic and governance standards. Glob.AI is currently available through a waitlist.

“As organizations look to scale Agentforce and other AI initiatives across the enterprise, integration and data readiness are becoming essential,” said Roland Berthelot, Global Head of Salesforce Studio at Globant. “MuleSoft helps establish the connectivity foundation that makes those initiatives possible. With MuleSoft AI Pod, Globant is helping customers scale integration delivery while maintaining the governance, security and expert oversight enterprise adoption requires.” The model offers Lean, Scaled and Advanced configurations supporting approximately six, up to 12 and up to 24 integration flows or APIs per month, respectively. Benchmarks from migration projects and internal pilots indicate up to 80% automation of manual integration tasks, 15–25% faster delivery cycles and 35% greater efficiency in solution design and development.
