As CTO, Saadi will lead Hitachi Vantara Federal’s technology strategy, driving IT modernization, strengthening enterprise platforms, and advancing the company’s position as a federal innovation leader.
With more than 24 years of technology leadership experience, Saadi brings deep expertise in strategy, IT transformation, infrastructure, cloud, platforms, enterprise architecture, and systems management. Saadi has held senior technology leadership roles across federal integrators, resellers, and consulting firms. As VP of Growth and Technology at Synergy Inc., he led market expansion, technology adoption, and federal contract growth. Previously, as VP at General Dynamics IT, he oversaw complex IT and mission support services for federal civilian agencies.

Saadi holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Notre Dame and an M.S. in IT Management from the University of Virginia, along with certifications in TOGAF, ITIL, ISO 20000, and Risk Management.
