Recognition builds on NWN’s Palo Alto Networks Diamond Innovator status and 2026 North America SLED Partner of the Year award, validating NWN’s expertise in managed security services across Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN, and Next-Generation Firewall.

NWN, a leading AI-powered technology services provider and Palo Alto Networks NextWave Diamond Innovator, announced that it has earned three Palo Alto Networks NextWave Advanced Specializations for managed security service providers: Prisma Access MSSP, Prisma SD-WAN MSSP, and Next-Generation Firewall MSSP. The recognition builds on NWN’s 2026 North America State, Local and Education Partner of the Year award and reinforces the company’s role helping organizations simplify security operations, protect distributed environments, and accelerate adoption of Palo Alto Networks platforms through managed services.

This recognition reflects NWN’s ability to help organizations modernize security for the AI era while reducing operational complexity for stretched IT and security teams. By combining Palo Alto Networks technology with NWN’s managed services model and Experience Management Platform, customers can gain stronger visibility, simplified operations, and more resilient protection across distributed workplaces.

“Organizations are moving quickly to adopt AI, modernize the workplace, and protect increasingly distributed environments, but they cannot do it by adding more complexity to already stretched IT and security teams,” said Michael Peters, NWN SVP, Partners and Alliances. “These Palo Alto Networks Advanced Specializations, together with our Diamond Innovator status and recent SLED Partner of the Year recognition, validate the expertise NWN brings to customers that want to simplify security, improve resilience, and get more value from the Palo Alto Networks platform. Together with Palo Alto Networks, we are helping customers build secure, scalable environments that can evolve with their business.”

For customers, the three specializations help translate Palo Alto Networks investments into operational outcomes: secure access for hybrid workforces, optimized branch and application connectivity, and managed next-generation firewall protection. NWN’s managed services approach gives organizations a single accountable partner to design, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve these environments.

“Working with NWN has helped us take a more proactive approach to cybersecurity. By combining strategic security guidance with Palo Alto Networks technologies, including Prisma Access, we’ve improved visibility across our environment, strengthened secure access for a distributed workforce, and enhanced our ability to identify and respond to threats,” said Bill Miles, Senior IT Manager, Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance. “The result is a stronger security foundation that supports our organization today and as our needs evolve.”

The three Advanced Specializations cover:

  • Prisma Access MSSP: Managed cloud-delivered security services that help organizations securely connect distributed users, branches, and locations.
  • Prisma SD-WAN MSSP: Managed software-defined wide area network solutions designed to simplify connectivity and optimize application performance.
  • NextGen Firewall MSSP: Managed next-generation firewall services that help organizations protect applications, users, and networks against evolving threats.
