Software Engineering Services Leader Encora Announce Deepak Bhandari as Executive Vice President and Director of Corporate Development

Encora , a market leader in outsourced software engineering services, today announced the appointment of Deepak Bhandari, founder and former managing director of Marylebone Capital Advisors, as executive vice president and corporate development director. The decision becomes effective immediately. The appointment of Bhandari is in line with Encora’s strategy of further building the company’s service potential. In his new role, Bhandari will play the role of a strategic leader to develop the company’s strategic presence in Latin America and India and support its expansion into new markets, such as Central and Eastern Europe.

Deepak is an experienced specialist with extensive international experience in a variety of industries, including over 25 years of experience in investment banking and strategic capital advisory, investment fund structuring as well as mergers and acquisitions. In the technology sector, he was mainly involved in building relationships with founders of dynamically growing companies on a number of international markets and providing them with strategic advice in their efforts to develop optimal solutions in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
