At TM Forum’s DTW – Ignite 2025 event, Wavenet and CSG unveiled a cutting-edge AI-powered real-time promotion solution, aiming to transform how telecom operators engage with subscribers. By combining Wavenet’s Sense AI platform with CSG’s real-time customer engagement capabilities, the new offering allows operators to shift from reactive to predictive engagement- delivering personalized, high-conversion offers without the need for infrastructure overhauls. The joint solution leverages real-time behavioral insights such as churn risk, usage trends, and lifecycle stages to enable smart, contextual offers that boost monetization throughout the subscriber journey.

“This is where the true power of AI comes in, enabling intelligent automation without major investment,” said Suren Pinto, CEO of Wavenet. “This is monetization that works today, not in the next transformation cycle.”

The solution supports a broad range of use cases from prepaid churn prevention to dynamic roaming offers and integrates seamlessly with existing systems, enabling scalable personalization without added complexity or cost.

“AI is fundamentally changing how operators grow and compete,” said Mayoor Mahendra, Vice President of Network Solutions at CSG. “With this solution, CSG and Wavenet are giving operators a smarter, faster way to engage customers, reduce churn, and deliver real business impact.”

The live demo at DTW illustrated how AI-driven triggers—like top-ups or location data—can move beyond reactionary prompts to deliver instant, personalized offers. Together, Wavenet and CSG are setting a new industry benchmark for real-time, AI-powered telecom engagement.
