Xplor Technologies (“Xplor”), a premier global provider of business management software, integrated payment processing, and intelligent cloud capabilities for everyday life businesses, announced the acquisition of Bitlancer. Bitlancer is a technology innovator that provides automated payroll systems and artificial intelligence-based workflow engines, specifically designed for boutique fitness centers, gyms, and studios.
This acquisition helps integrate the payroll functionality, flexible workforce management, and automated business processes seamlessly within the verticalized SaaS offerings used by owners. This makes it possible to eliminate the use of third-party payroll software as well as manual data exports in order to ensure no data fragmentation.
Moving from Static Business Logging to Predictive Automation
In the competitive fitness and wellness sectors, managing staff compensation-including complex pay-per-class tiers, commission structures for personal training, and variable performance bonuses-frequently introduces significant administrative friction. Bitlancer addresses this core bottleneck through specialized algorithms designed to compute complex compensation structures autonomously.

Bitlancer’s proprietary operational engines employ artificial intelligence to convert raw business telemetry into immediate operational advantages:
Automated Payroll Processing: Seamlessly calculating and executing staff distributions based on real-time attendance logs, member retention milestones, and structured performance metrics.
Predictive Studio Insights: Utilizing advanced machine learning models to analyze historical studio trends, empowering operators to make data-backed scheduling, staffing, and promotional decisions.
Workforce Optimization: Flagging scheduling conflicts and automatically adjusting labor allocation to optimize profitability during peak and off-peak hours.
“What excites us about this next chapter is the combination of workflow automation and AI-powered intelligence. Bitlancer is demonstrating a clear vision for how vertical SaaS platforms can move beyond systems of record and begin actively helping owners and operators make smarter, more personalized decisions in real time,” said Andy Swansburg, Chief Product Officer at Xplor Technologies. “This acquisition speeds up our ability to deliver on that vision for fitness businesses today, with a clear path to expand across Xplor’s platform ecosystem. From fitness studios and gyms to field services and golf courses, Xplor customers benefit from smarter, faster, and highly automated payroll processing, actionable insights, and workforce management.”
“We’re thrilled to join Xplor and turbocharge Bitlancer’s payroll automation and AI intelligence across Xplor’s verticalized SaaS products. By embedding our technology directly into their connected platform ecosystem, we’re excited to unlock massive value for business operators, helping them run more efficiently and scale with confidence,” said Nitesh Goyal, Managing Partner at Bitlancer.
Multi-Vertical Expansion Across Xplor’s Ecosystem
While the technology launches initially within Xplor’s core fitness offerings, the company outlines a systematic expansion plan. The automated payroll and AI operational frameworks will be introduced across Xplor’s diverse specialized verticals, including Fitness and Leisure, Golf and Club, Recreation, Field Services, and Education.
Future co-developed features will focus on building an intuitive, AI-native suite for business operators. Key roadmap deliverables include:
Natural-Language Reporting: Allowing managers to query deep financial metrics, labor costs, and retention patterns using conversational prompts.
Pay-for-Performance Performance Benchmarking: Offering precise, anonymized regional data loops to help business owners design competitive compensation plans.
Proactive Operational Guardrails: Automatically alerting business owners to sudden labor budget variances or regulatory compliance risks before payroll cycles finalize.
Following the close of the transaction, the entire Bitlancer engineering and product team will join Xplor’s organization to spearhead the continued scale-out of embedded fintech and intelligent software components worldwide.
“Joining Xplor allows us to scale our vision significantly faster,” said Rajan Chaudhry, Managing Partner at Bitlancer. “Together, we can bring modern payroll automation and AI-powered operational tooling to a much broader customer base while continuing to innovate for the fitness industry like we always have.”
