UPSTACK, a premier full-service technology advisory firm, revealed its acquisition of V3 Technology Inc., an Arkansas-based IT advisory firm renowned for providing forward-thinking technology strategies to midmarket businesses.
As a part of this acquisition, V3 Technology President Tom VanVeckhoven will transition to UPSTACK as a Partner. Additionally, V3’s Vice President of Sales and Operations, Miles VanVeckhoven, along with the rest of the V3 team, will also join UPSTACK’s growing ranks.
Founded in 2012, V3 Technology has built a strong reputation for its expertise in telecom and IT solutions. The team, with over 70 years of combined experience, has dedicated itself to partnering with service providers to help businesses optimize their IT and telecom infrastructure. Tom VanVeckhoven launched V3 Technology after recognizing a gap in the customer support provided by service carriers and solutions providers while working for AT&T.
