Informatica, a leader in enterprise cloud data management, has announced an expanded partnership with Snowflake to offer trusted, AI-ready data through seamless integration with Snowflake’s Apache Iceberg-based Polaris Catalog and Cortex AI. The enhanced collaboration is aimed at streamlining data governance, quality, and accessibility within modern enterprise data ecosystems.
By combining Informatica’s Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) with Snowflake’s Polaris Catalog, organizations can now manage metadata and data across open table formats with improved transparency and efficiency. Additionally, Cortex AI’s generative AI capabilities will enable users to automate and scale data management tasks using natural language, further simplifying operations for both technical and business teams.
