C3 AI, a leading enterprise AI application software provider, has announced the launch of its C3 AI Strategic Integrator Program, enabling select partners to license the company’s C3 Agentic AI Platform to design, build, and deploy complex AI applications at speeds claimed to be 10 to 100 times faster than traditional development methods.
The program gives partners the flexibility to retain full intellectual property rights for all custom applications, product extensions, machine learning models, and other enhancements they develop on top of C3 AI’s platform. In addition, participants receive access to an extensive ecosystem of resources, including the C3 AI developer community, C3 AI Academy training, agentic coding assistance, expert support, and coordinated go-to-market opportunities.

The inaugural partners—Fractal, SMX, and Groundswell will use the platform to deliver advanced AI solutions in their respective sectors. Fractal plans to expand its tailored AI offerings for the consumer packaged goods industry, accelerating time-to-value for global clients. SMX will focus on mission-critical applications for government and regulated industries, leveraging the platform’s compliance with FedRAMP High and DoD Impact Levels 4–6. Groundswell aims to boost AI adoption across federal agencies, improving efficiency, supply chain resilience, and decision-making while meeting the highest security standards.
By opening its platform through this program, C3 AI is broadening its ecosystem, empowering partners to create market-ready AI applications that combine speed, scalability, and regulatory assurance—positioning them, and C3 AI, to capture significant growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
