Accenture and Anthropic Expand Partnership to Accelerate Enterprise AI Adoption

Accenture and Anthropic have announced a multi-year partnership aimed at helping enterprises move from AI pilots to full-scale deployment, anchored by the creation of the Accenture Anthropic Business Group. As one of Accenture’s select strategic partners, Anthropic’s Claude models and Claude Code will be integrated across the firm, with approximately 30,000 Accenture professionals trained on Claude, creating one of the world’s largest ecosystems of Claude practitioners. “AI is changing how almost everyone works, and enterprises need both cutting-edge AI and trusted expertise to deploy it at scale,” said Dario Amodei, CEO and co-founder of Anthropic.

The partnership also introduces a joint offering for CIOs to measure AI value and embed Claude Code into software development, leveraging Accenture’s workflow redesign, ROI frameworks, and change management. Initial solutions target regulated industries including financial services, healthcare, life sciences, and the public sector, where secure, compliant AI deployment is critical. Julie Sweet, CEO of Accenture, emphasized, “With the powerful combination of Anthropic’s Claude capabilities and Accenture’s AI expertise… organizations can embed AI everywhere responsibly and at speed to drive innovation, unlock growth, and lead in the age of AI.” The collaboration underscores a shared commitment to responsible, enterprise-scale AI adoption.
