Infosys and Anthropic Collaborate on AI for Regulated Industries

Infosys has announced a strategic collaboration with Anthropic to develop and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions across telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, and software development, beginning with a dedicated Center of Excellence for telecom operations. The partnership integrates Anthropic’s Claude models, including Claude Code, with Infosys Topaz to automate complex workflows, modernize legacy systems, accelerate software delivery, and enable governed AI adoption for highly regulated industries. A major focus is agentic AI that can independently manage multi-step processes such as claims handling, compliance reviews, and code generation. The collaboration will also create industry-specific AI agents for network operations, risk and compliance management, engineering design and simulation, and end-to-end software development.
