Oracle has introduced new Oracle Fusion Agentic Applications and AI agents for HR designed to help organizations accelerate workforce development, improve internal mobility, and address emerging skills requirements. Built into Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, the capabilities use coordinated teams of specialized AI agents that can reason, act proactively, and execute tasks within established business processes. By securely accessing enterprise data, workflows, policies, permissions, approval structures, and transactional context, the agents can help organizations connect workforce planning, skills, learning, and employee development. “Too many organizations still rely on talent systems that wait for people to identify problems before taking action,” said Lewis Thompson, senior vice president of applications development, Oracle. “The new Fusion Agentic Applications and AI agents within Oracle Cloud HCM help organizations adopt a talent agility strategy that continuously connects work, skills, learning, and workforce planning.”
