Circles, GreySkies, and HCLTech Unveil AI-Powered Multi-Agent Framework at TM Forum Catalyst Program

Circles

Circles, GreySkies, and HCLTech have announced their joint participation in the prestigious TM Forum Catalyst Program. This collaborative initiative unites communication service providers (CSPs) and technology leaders to design and demonstrate advanced, future-ready solutions for the global telecom landscape.

Through this project, Circles, GreySkies, and HCLTech are partnering with premier global operators-including Circles.Life, KDDI, Orange, and TELUS-to engineer a cutting-edge, AI-driven multi-agent framework. The unified solution bridges network operations, customer experience, and core business functions into a responsive, intelligent ecosystem. Designed to fast-track comprehensive automation and secure service assurance, the platform aims to elevate customer interaction while surfacing new revenue streams through data-backed AI insights.

This project merges the distinct capabilities of each technology partner to address complex telecom challenges:

Circles provides its signature AI-native digital telecom platform and customer engagement infrastructure.

GreySkies injects deep specialization in intelligent, AI-fueled network operations and automated data workflows.

HCLTech leverages its huge scale of automation, AI, and TM Forum Open APIs as per ODA (Open Digital Architecture) principles.

Through the combination of these strengths, the coalition enables service providers to keep analyzing behavior of customers and their networks, predicting system chokepoints, and autonomously resolving them.

Combining the complex AI logic with standards-based systems, this approach is helping in shifting the industry towards more self-optimizing networks. This architecture helps operators stay very flexible due to ever-changing requirements of consumers and complexity of technology, which results in higher efficiency and better insights.

“As service providers look to meet rising customer expectations, AI will play a critical role in delivering more personalized, anticipatory, and seamless experiences,” said Sanjay Kaul, Chief Revenue Officer at Circles. “Through this collaboration, we are bringing together complementary capabilities to help operators connect customer insights with network and business operations in real time, creating new opportunities for growth and differentiation.”

“Autonomous operations start with truly understanding the network. By bringing AI-driven observability and assurance into this Catalyst, we are helping operators anticipate and resolve issues before customers ever feel them,” said Dr. Ibrahim Ghaleb, Chief Operating Officer at GreySkies. “Together with Circles and HCLTech, we are showing how intelligent network operations connect directly to customer and business outcomes, turning real-time network signals into faster, self-driven decisions across the entire operation.”

“Inclusion in the TM Forum Catalyst program reflects our commitment to co-innovate with the global telecom ecosystem and accelerate the industry’s transition to AI-driven, autonomous operations,” said Anil Ganjoo, Chief Growth Officer and Global Head of Telecom, Media and Technology at HCLTech. “By bringing together multi-agent AI capabilities with open, standards-based architectures, we are enabling service providers to deliver more intelligent, agile and differentiated customer experiences at scale.”
