ZoomInfo has announced a native integration with Amazon Quick Suite, AWS’s agentic AI workspace, enabling go-to-market (GTM) teams to access ZoomInfo’s extensive database of 100 million companies, 500 million contacts, and billions of buying signals directly through natural language interactions across web, desktop, and mobile environments. Powered by ZoomInfo’s GTM.AI, a headless GTM context layer that exposes verified data and agentic orchestration through APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP), the integration allows users to execute complex sales and marketing tasks within Quick Suite without switching between multiple tools. With a dedicated MCP server, one can accomplish such tasks as prospect discovery, account intelligence, lead scoring, meetings preparations, competitor intelligence, and data enrichment, all based on continuously updated and validated business intelligence.

The vendor highlighted the difference between AI agents that only have access to the data and those with the validated context to highlight the potential for decision accuracy improvement and pipeline performance optimization. The vendor showed how Quick Suite could help create a targeted list of prospects and gain valuable insights based on a few prompts, thus cutting out unnecessary workarounds. The integration is also part of ZoomInfo’s GTM.AI ecosystem which currently includes Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and Google Workspace among other integrations. All of the integrations continue to maintain governance, access controls, audit logging, and compliance capabilities.
